Team Leader/Sr. consultant
Main Responsibilities:- Provide efficient and professional services to clients in executive search and recruitment
- Control the quality of consulting service process
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients
- Communicate with clients for better understanding of clients needs and feedback
- Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile
- Interview candidates and document interview appraisal
- Coach researcher to search suitable talents for clients
- Help candidates to build career development and maintain long term relationship with them
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5 years working experience as a consultant in executive search firm or in multination company
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential
- Strong learning and communication skill, capability to work under pressure and to be a leader

Main Responsibilities- Assist consultant in daily work
- Identify and initiate contact with potential candidates
- Candidate searching screening and selection
- Maintain and keep long term relationship with candidate
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience in sales, recruiting, marketing, public relations and multinational working experience is preferred
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential
- Strong learning and communication skill, capability to work under pressure
- Proactive, responsible, and sense of self development
- Familiar with Microsoft office
