Every client has different needs and each assignment conducted by PIA is unique. What remain constant are the high standards we apply throughout the course of the assignment. We employ a systematic approach that is both comprehensive in scope - involving in-depth investigation of a targeted group of well-qualified individuals - and swift. We recognize the urgency of our clients needs and we aim to meet those needs quickly and effectively. Throughout all phases of the search process we use the utmost discretion to ensure the confidentiality sought by clients and potential candidates alike. In general, the search process includes the following stages.
Initial client meetings and need assessment
Receipt of confirmation to go head job position specification (JD)
Research strategy setting
Prospective candidate identification
Candidate interview and evaluation
Presentation of short-listed candidates
Arrange client and candidate interview
Reference checking of successful candidate
Search completion
Candidate’s probation follow up service
