Job Description	Job Description:  Investigate markets, identify and generate potential business development (BD) opportunities (merges & acquisitions, strategic partnerships etc).  Conduct related business analysis and prepare and assist in investment proposals  Build strategic alliance and relationships.  Conduct negotiations as main negotiator in BD projects  Coordinate BD activities with local and senior management.  Present, explain and defend projects to BD team and senior management team  . Job requirement:  Bachelor degree and above with major in business, finance or relevant fields.  10+ year solid business development or related experience.  Good knowledge of China's legal and tax laws.  Excellent command in English and Chinese.  Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.  Strong planning, organizational, professional communication and interpersonal skills.  Excellent presentation skills.  Open mind, dynamic, persistent.  Entrepreneur minded, highly self-motivated, mature.  Result oriented.  Team player.
