Job Description	Job Description Job Code Job Description Senior Product Manager ________________________________________________________________ Job Grade: Basic Function: Responsible for the overall planning, budgeting, implementation, and analyzing of Product Marketing Plans in order to reach product target. Scope of Supervision: Report to Category Manager; work closely with Marketing team, Sales team, Training team, Finance team and Logistic team, as well as outside agencies Responsibilities: • Ensure Marketing Plan and budgets of responsible product are aligned with brand strategy. • Organize new products launch campaigns, including pricing strategy and consumer promotions; lead visual merchandizing and direct marketing activities to maximize product launch impact. • Coordinate with Communications, Training team, Sales team to optimize sales turnover. • Cooperate with Registration to ensure on-time new product launch • Responsible for forecast accuracy of the Product, which include working closely with Supply Chain on product demand for each new and existing products, and analyzing product performance and inventory level to be in line with budget target. • Work with Logistics department to ensure inventory level (finish goods, samples & SPM) both in the warehouse & counters. • Monitor competitors’ activities and performance. • Initiate research projects and consumer closeness studies. Requirements: • University/bachelor degree or above • Above 5 years working experience in a multinational corporation • Around 3-4 years experience in personal care products marketing, experience in prestige consumer marketing is also preferred • Strong market sense, communication and planning skills • Fluent English and presentation skills;
