Position Human Resources Manager 
Job Description Position:Human Resources Manager
Department:Human Resources Department
Reporting to:Human Resources Director
Location: Shanghai

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing the HR general services to the Brands and Departments, partnering with the Brand Head and Department Head to identify the HR needs and provide the HR solutions.

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:
1. Manpower Planning
a) Make manpower planning by organization analysis and ensure optimization of resources in each Brand/Department organization structure
b) Ensure all recruitment needs are fulfilled through effective recruitment channel and process
c) Train hiring manager the competency based interview techniques
d) Work closely with Brand to identify the various of recruitment channels for field force
2. Compensation & Benefits
a) Work closely with the C&B function to implement the C&B strategy and program, ensure the C&B scheme be internal equity and external competitiveness
b) Update employee master file into the HRIS and make sure the accurate and timely report for the payroll processing
c) Participate into the yearly C&B survey, identify the areas for improvement for both office and field force
d) Work closely with Brand sales team to understand the C&B programs¡¯ effectiveness on a regular basis
3. Performance Management
a) Be responsible for the performance management cycle of office and field force under the corporate guideline
b) Administrate the yearly salary adjustment and performance discussion session
4. Training and Development
a) Ensure that the full spectrum of training and development activities are implemented smoothly
b) Work closely with Brand/Department to identify the training needs
c) Assist in succession planning and talent pipeline project
d) Be responsible for delivering the orientation program for office staff, work closely with Brand training team to provide the suggestions on programs and vendors
5. Employee Communication
a) Be responsible for implementing the various employee relationship program
b) Work out the regular employee communication session for both office and field force
c) Set various communication channels to create an open and transparent working environment
6. HR Administration
a) Provide consultancy/advisory services n handling employee grievances and disciplinary cases
b) Advice line managers in interpretation and application of human resources policies
c) Work closely with HR Director on ad-ho projects assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree above in relevant major
2. Minimum of 3 years HR experiences at supervisory level in multi-national companies. Experience in FMCG companies is preferred.
3. Strong hands-on experience in HR operational activities and detail oriented mindset
4. Excellent planning skills with strategic thinking
5. Leadership and people management skills
6. Strong customer focus and knowledge in business
7. Good project management skills
8. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
9. Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral.
