| Job Description | JOB OBJECTIVE : The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the consumer science study (both qualitative and quantitative) in the Greater China to guide new product development in Beauty Care Franchiser. This candidate will base in Shanghai, China.
. QUALIFICATIONS : • B.S. or M.S. degree; degree in psychology, statistics, chemistry or related fields preferred • With at least 5 years experience in designing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research and uncovering consumer insights as well as at least 2 years experience as project leader for consumer study. • Preferably with R&D experience • Excellent consumer modeling skills • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written), fluency in Mandarin is an advantage • Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking • Results oriented and works with minimum supervision • Good interpersonal and team building skill. At ease with working in a multi-cultural environment • Willing to travel |
