| Job Description | The job consists of studying, developing, improving and assessing new and current product
Design and validate the hardware within an agreed delivery timeline, and according to the hardware design rules in place to meet requested quality objectives. Assure the hardware maintenances and the corrective actions in case of problems or improvements linked with hardware ( analyze defective parts to find the root cause of the problems). Establish the hardware development plan describing the main development phases, from the specification analysis up to the hardware verification and validation plans. Establish the specifications and drawings of all the specific components needed. Establish with the component and quality enginees the validation test plans of these components. Create and update the technical and project management documentations related at the hardware according to the internal procedures.(PDP) Establish and maintain the Bill of Material taking into account the approved components / supplier determined by sourcing team.(ECN) Conduct the pre-studies for new products in order to evaluate the cost, investment, time schedule and engineering hours, according to the internal pre-study process. |
