| Job Description | Operational Excellence & Quality Management manager
Reporting to President Responsibilities: - Representative for Quality Management system and Environmental Management System - To drive and lead the development and continuous improvement activities towards operational excellence - Drive the company targets setting and measurement to support the sustainable business development - Plan, review and control unit resources, forecast and expenditure - Develop the unit competences to provide the efficient support in operation development and quality control - Establish and maintain networks internally and externally for accomplish the tasks Requirements: - University degree in the technical, economical or administrative field - Minimum 8 years experience in business development, total quality management and control. - Extensive experiences of driving and using the Six Sigma Tool Box within the organization, qualification of Six Sigma black belt will be the plus - Experience in working with multi-international customer base - Preferably at least 5 years experience in a managerial position - Demonstrated strong leadership skills and driving capability - Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking) - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Independent, self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind |
