| Job Description | GENERAL SUMMARY
You will be responsible for running the Technical Programs operation at the China COE. This program is a cooperation between the engineering and training organizations, to oversee several technical initiatives. These initiatives include, but are not limited to: the Rapid Response engineering team, campus hire recruiting, technical training program, campus hire training, among others. In addition, you will direct and provide professional leadership for many broad, center-wide initiatives, possibly working with other managers and senior managers, and have high-level authority over planning. Participates in and is accountable for cross-functional initiatives and collaboration, which may have critical impact on business results. Often interacts with our management team, conducting briefings or technical meetings. SKILLS •Familiar with technical competency curriculum •Strong process and planning skills in developing and implementing technical training programs •Strong collaboration skills •People management skills, act as a training managers of campus hires •Fluent in English and communication •Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup. •Ability to work effectively with senior management •Major in engineering background Education Required: Masters (Technical) Experience Required: 5 - 8 Years |
