Job Description	Position :(Senior) Treatment Chemist Department:Research & Development Reporting to:R&D lab manager Location:Shanghai PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES: To development local relevant skin care products and textures for the region, and to deliver brands’ calendarized project according to the time table with high quality and efficiency. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Understand local consumers’ needs and develop skin care products to meet the target consumers’ requirements. 2.Team with brands’ PD team to deliver calendarized projects according to the timetable with high quality and efficiency. 3.Source and code new innovative raw materials and further work on the application in the formulas. 4.Carry out research on the new formulation technologies and new product protocols which can be used at the corporate level by branded labs. 5.Work closely with regional and global pilot team to carry out the pilot and production batches and assure new projects to be handed over to the operation team smoothly. 6.Provide technical support to the operation team and other local teams. QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Bachelor degree or above with Chemistry or Pharmacy background 2.3-6 years working experience in the cosmetic research and development industries. 3.Honest, Innovative and team working spirit 4.Good project management skills and ability to handle projects by himself / herself. 5.Good communication skills, and fluent in English
