根据事先确定的寻访目标,寻访相应的候选人
4、Prospective Candidates Identification
Make selective calls to quantify interest of qualified candidates. Report progress regularly to clients.
4、潜在候选人的甄选
针对有意向候选人进行进一步甄选, 并定期向客户反馈有意向且合格的候选人
5、Candidates Interviews and Evaluation
Conduct interviews and develop shortlisted candidates with respect to experience,personal characteristics,management style,and likely long-term fit with the client's organization.
5、面试评估候选人
联系、面试潜在候选人并与客户保持定期沟通,向客户提供寻访报告,包括候选人的工作经验、性格、管理风格和文化适应性判断等
6、Presentation of short-listed candidates
Submit written confidentialletters to individuals who closely fit the client's specifications.

7、Client-Candidate Interviews
Set up mutually convenient meetings between client and candidates,make travel arrangements & handle reimbursements. Communicate feedback to both parties.
7、客户面试候选人
为客户和候选人安排适合的见面时间,并反馈面试结果。
8、Reference Checking
Rank and select finalists,Provide in-depth insights about the candidates'personal and professional qualifications and motives through professional judgment and references taking.
8、背景调查
通过背景调查,深入的了解候选人的性格特点、专业资格、换工动机等相关信息,并提供相应的报告。
9、Search Completion
Advise client on the total compensation package to be offered.Finalize the successful candidate.Follow up search to ensure smooth transaction.
9、项目完成与售后服务
在后续阶段我们可在候选人薪酬方面为客户提供建议,代客户与候选人进行沟通,候选人签订聘用意向书后,我们还将继续跟踪以保证候选人顺利进入客户公司工作。
